Teen Volunteer Opportunities

MidState Medical Center is proud of its exceptional Teen Volunteer Program.

Volunteering is an excellent way to learn about the exciting world of healthcare and may encourage you to explore healthcare as a future career.

Teen Volunteer Program - Year Round

The Teen Volunteer Program at MidState Medical Center is offered year-round. In order to apply for the program, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be a high school student, age 14 or older.

• You must commit to a minimum of 40 hours throughout the school year – if you have a Community Service Form from your school, it will not be signed until 40 hours have been completed

To Apply

• Complete the online Teen Volunteer Application Form

• Your parent or guardian must print, read, and complete the
  - Parental Agreement (.doc format)
  - Teacher/Counselor Reference Form (.doc format)

• Provide a Health Clearance Form (.pdf format) to be completed by your primary care provider

• Complete an in-person interview

Summer Teen Volunteer Program

The Volunteer Department at MidState Medical Center is excited to provide a Summer Experience for high school students, age 14 or older.

To Apply

*** Deadline for applications is April 15 ***
