Suffer from knee or hip pain? Join us for a free educational seminar to learn more about what you can do to find relief from your pain. Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Obi Osuji will present a lecture on Monday, Nov. 9, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the MidState Family Health Center, 61 Pomeroy Avenue, Meriden.
MidState is one of two hospitals in Central Connecticut offering MAKOplasty®, a robotic assisted surgery for partial knee and total hip replacement. The surgery is so precise that people recover faster with fewer side effects and can rapidly return to a more active lifestyle. MAKOplasty® procedures use the RIO® Robotic Arm Interactive Orthopedic System, enabling more accurate alignment and placement of implants.
Registration for this program is required. Please call 1.855.HHC.HERE or register online at Hartford Healthcare Classes/Events page.
