ADMITTING & REGISTRATION
The Service Access Department (Admitting & Registration) will contact you in advance to collect insurance and other information. Pre-registration allows us to have your hospital forms ready when you arrive for your appointment.

For your convenience, Credit Card payments are accepted over the telephone, on-line or at our cashier window, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday - Friday. (The Cashier's Office is located on the first floor, next to Radiology.) Credit Cards accepted include: Visa®, American Express®, Discover®, and MasterCard®.
