  • "Stepping it Up" An Action Plan for a Healthier Lifestyle
    This six-session program will focus on steps you can take to reduce your risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes. The focus will be healthy eating, exercise and stress management. When you take steps to prevent diabetes, you will also lower your risk for heart attack and stroke.

    Kundalini Yoga Classes are a dynamic blend of postures, breath, music and meditation, which teach you the art of relaxation, self-healing and elevation. Balancing body and mind enables you to experience the clarity and beauty of your soul. No previous experience in yoga is required for you to achieve results with your very first class.
