Meet our provider:

Michael Sposato, PA-C practicing with MidState Medical Group as a certified physician assistant, provides primary care in the MidState Medical Group Southington office. Currently, he also provides physician assistant coverage at MidState’s MediQuick urgent care facility located in Meriden. Mr. Sposato is an Aeromedical Physician Assistant in the Connecticut Army National Guard, and has provided care to soldiers and aircrews in both Iraq and Bosnia. He is a graduate of the Physician Assistant Program at Emory University School of Medicine and is a 2008 graduate of the U.S. Army Flight Surgeon School. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
