The main office for SURGICAL SPECIALISTS is in the Rybeck Office Building at MidState Medical Center. This convenient location allows our surgeons to maximize their office hours and surgical schedules while also readily visiting patients who are in the hospital. The surgeons are also available to see patients in our Wallingford and Cheshire offices.

From Meriden
From downtown:
Take W. Main Street to Lewis Avenue north (toward Westfield Shoppingtown Meriden). The entrance to MidState is less than one mile, on right (opposite Westfield Shoppingtown Meriden entrance).
From I-91 or Route 15:
Take I-91 or Route 15 to I-691 west. Take exit 6. At the end of the ramp take a left. The main entrance to MidState Medical Center is on the right, directly across from the main entrance to the Westfield Shoppingtown Meriden. (The emergency entrance is directly across Lewis Avenue from the I-691 ramp.)
From Cheshire and Southington
From I-691 east:
Take exit 5, Chamberlain Highway. Turn left off exit ramp and turn right at third traffic light. At first traffic light, turn right onto Lewis Avenue. The entrance to MidState is on left (opposite Westfield Shoppingtown Meriden entrance).
From Wallingford
From I-91 or Route 15:
Take I-91 or Route 15 to I-691 west. Take exit 6. At the end of the ramp take a left. The main entrance to MidState Medical Center is on the right, directly across from the main entrance to the Westfield Shoppingtown Meriden. The Wallingford Office is located on the first floor of the Medical Building at 185 Center Street in the center of Wallingford. Below are directions to our Wallingford Office:
Coming from the north on Rt. 91
Take the exit for Center Street. Go right at the end of the exit. Follow Center St. for several miles into the center of Wallingford. Pass the Post Office on the left. About half way down the hill, 185 Center Street is on the left.
Coming from the south on Rt. 91
Take the exit for Route 68 and go left at the end of the exit. Follow 68 west and turn left at the light onto North Main Street Extension. In the center of Wallingford turn right onto Center Street. About half way down the hill, 185 Center Street is on the left.
From Cheshire
Follow Rt. 70 to Rt. 68. Crossing the bridge over Rt. 5, turn left onto ramp. Make left at end of ramp onto Rt. 5 and follow into the center of Wallingford. In front of the train station on the right, turn left onto Center Street. Half way up the hill, 185 Center Street is on the right.
Parking is available on the side of the building.

The Cheshire Office is located on the second floor (suite 202) of building 335 in Waverly Professional Park (not the Waverly Building), a pale yellow business condominium. There is a sign saying Waverly Professional Park.

Follow Rt. 68 into Rt. 70. Take a right after the Watch Hill Factory Shops onto Rt. 10. Waverly Professional Park is just past Marshall's on the left.
From Rt. 691
Take the exit for Rt. 10. Proceed to Cheshire Center. Waverly Professional Park will be on the right.
