MidState is proud to offer hospitalist care, an especially effective type of inpatient care that has become standard nationwide and achieved excellent results.

Our hospitalist program is made up of physicians and advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs) who have intensive training and experience in the care of hospitalized patients. Hospitalist providers work in collaboration with your private physician and oversee your care while you are in the hospital. While your own doctor must spend much of his or her time seeing patients in the office, hospitalists are always right here, monitoring your progress and responding to any changes in your condition.
