Many plans require that you get authorization from them before you visit us. Since this differs by plan, please check with your insurance company so you can be assured of receiving complete benefits. Also, many plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit. We would appreciate it greatly if you would come to your appointment prepared with your card and your co-pay. To make it as easy as possible for you, we accept cash, checks and major credit cards. We'll do all that we can to assist you in complying with your carrier's requirements.
